These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and mario88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mario88 online gaming platform, available at https://mario88.cam ("the Platform").

mario88 is Malaysia's premier online casino and sports betting platform, serving players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond. The Platform offers live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, and associated promotional programmes.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the mario88 Platform by a Player.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by mario88 prior to the processing of withdrawals or upon request in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the mario88 website, mobile interface, associated software, and all services made available thereon.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions in which the Company is not authorised or licensed to offer services, including any jurisdiction where participation would be unlawful.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary operational currency of the mario88 Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on mario88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mario88 operates a strict minimum age policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any Restricted Territory.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or affiliate of mario88 or any of its parent, subsidiary, or associated entities, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gambling restriction that would prohibit your participation on this Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one active Account on mario88. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. mario88 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2 KYC Requirements

mario88 is required to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Verification may be requested at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (front and back of bank card, e-wallet screenshot, or bank account statement).
• Additional documentation as may be required by our compliance team based on risk assessment.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. mario88 will endeavour to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving a complete documentation set.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mario88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

5.1 Deposits

mario88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency methods including USDT and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time or within minutes depending on the payment method used. mario88 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply fees independently. mario88 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account portal. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as set out in Section 4.2. mario88 processes approved withdrawals via the Player's original deposit method wherever technically possible.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (from the point of approval by our payments team):

• DuitNow QR / FPX: typically within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Malaysian bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): same business day up to two (2) hours.
• e-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): within thirty (30) minutes of approval.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC): within one (1) to four (4) hours, subject to network confirmation.

mario88 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed set thresholds or that present AML risk indicators. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by the Player's banking institution or payment service provider.

5.3 Prohibited Transactions

Accounts may not be used as a payment processing or money transmission facility. Depositing funds without the genuine intent to engage in gaming activities, or withdrawing deposits without meaningful wagering activity, may be treated as a violation of these Terms and result in withdrawal of deposit amounts and account closure.

mario88 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the individual promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and are subject to the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable and will be removed from your account upon withdrawal of your real-money balance, unless and until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• mario88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, subject to providing reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion between players, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or structured wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or redeem any promotional bonuses.

All wagers placed on mario88 — whether on live casino games, slots, sports betting markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events), crash games, or any other product category — are subject to the specific game or sports rules applicable to that product.

mario88 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable game outcomes. The results of all games are final once the relevant round or event has concluded and the result has been determined by the governing game engine or sports event result.

For sports betting, mario88 reserves the right to void markets, adjust lines, or delay settlement in cases of technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or where the integrity of an event is reasonably in question. In the event of a price error, mario88 may settle bets at the correct price or void them entirely at its reasonable discretion.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended at any point during an event.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. Void selections within a parlay will typically reduce the parlay legs accordingly.
• Winnings from jackpot games are subject to internal audit before crediting, which may take up to 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mario88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain without promptly reporting them to mario88.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Participating on behalf of another person, including acting as a proxy for an excluded Player.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity or functionality of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any part of the Platform.

All content on the mario88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of mario88 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mario88.

The mario88 name and logo are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of the mario88 brand in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mario88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or business interruption resulting from technical failure or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from delayed or refused withdrawal processing caused by banking partner restrictions.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game or sports data provided by third-party suppliers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit mario88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mario88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

mario88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

mario88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications upon reaching a configured session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying time elapsed and net activity during your session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period of one day to six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted through our support team at [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours.

Players who are currently self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by opening new accounts. mario88 will cooperate with requests from problem gambling support organisations and will not target self-excluded players with marketing materials.

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your mario88 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided the balance has not been earned solely through bonus activity without meeting applicable wagering requirements.

12.2 Company-Initiated Closure

mario88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the Account.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform presents legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.
• Required by an applicable regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

In cases of Company-initiated closure due to proven Terms breach, mario88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. The Player will be notified of any closure decision and may raise a dispute through the formal complaints process outlined in Section 15.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mario88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the mario88 formal complaints process as set out in Section 15.

In the event that an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by mario88's licensing authority. mario88 will cooperate fully with any such independent adjudication process.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking any emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve your rights pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.

mario88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure as set out in Section 12.
